Biography :

James Howard is Director of Employment and Social Policy at International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) with a membership of 168 million workers in 155 countries. His responsibilities include globalisation and international trade, the WTO, the IMF and World Bank, APEC and regional economic integration, and general world economic developments.
