Biography :
Richard Feinberg is professor of political economy at the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies, University of California, San Diego. He also is Director of the University’s APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation) Study Center. He serves as the book reviewer for the Western Hemisphere section of Foreign Affairs.
