Texte conjointement écrit par Christian Deblock et Michèle Rioux en collaboration avec Jean Monnet Network on EU-Canada Relations : The EU and Canada in Dialogue.

It also creates a civil society forum involved in the implementation process of chapters dealing with sustainable development, labor and the environment. Yet, nobody knows what this dialogue is going to be implemented and institutionalized precisely
