&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Philippe Leroux-Martin&lt;/strong&gt; a travaill&#233; pendant cinq ans en tant que membre d'une &#233;quipe de conseillers juridiques supervisant la mise en &#339;uvre du processus de paix de Dayton en Bosnie-Herz&#233;govine. Suite &#224; son travail &#224; Sarajevo, il a dirig&#233; le d&#233;partement juridique de l'organisation qui a &#233;t&#233; cr&#233;&#233; pour superviser et coordonner le processus d'ind&#233;pendance du Kosovo en 2008-2009. Il est dipl&#244;m&#233; de l'Universit&#233; de Montr&#233;al (LL.B), de la London School of Economics (LL.M) et de la Harvard Kennedy School of Governement (MPA). Il a &#233;t&#233; invit&#233; &#224; commenter les d&#233;veloppements en ex-Yougoslavie &#224; la BBC World News, &#224; CBC / Soci&#233;t&#233; Radio-Canada et &#224; BBC Radio (Service Perse). Il travaille actuellement &#224; la pulication d'un ouvrage qui s'intitulera &#171; Diplomatic Counterinsurgency : Lessons from the Balkans &#187; (Cambridge University Press) et est actuellement Fellow au Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs &#224; la Harvard Kennedy School of Government &#224; Cambridge, Massachusetts.&lt;/p&gt;
