This book offers key insights for policy makers dealing with fragile states who seek answers to such questions.</p> <p><strong>Philippe Leroux-Martin</strong> a travaillé pendant cinq ans en tant que membre d'une équipe de conseillers juridiques supervisant la mise en œuvre du processus de paix de Dayton en Bosnie-Herzégovine. Suite à son travail à Sarajevo, il a dirigé le département juridique de l'organisation qui a été créé pour superviser et coordonner le processus d'indépendance du Kosovo en 2008-2009. Il est diplômé de l'Université de Montréal (LL.B), de la London School of Economics (LL.M) et de la Harvard Kennedy School of Governement (MPA). Il a été invité à commenter les développements en ex-Yougoslavie à la BBC World News, à CBC / Société Radio-Canada et à BBC Radio (Service Perse).
